Custom door orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design and wood species selected. Standard stock doors ship within 3 to 5 business days.

We recommend measuring the width and height of the existing door slab, as well as the 'rough opening' of the frame. Please refer to our digital Measurement Guide for a step-by-step walkthrough to ensure a perfect fit.
Do you offer professional installation services?
The Door Store provides professional installation services in select metropolitan areas. For customers outside these zones, we provide a directory of certified third-party contractors who specialize in door hanging.
What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If your door arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
Are your exterior doors weather-sealed and energy efficient?
Yes, all our exterior doors come pre-fitted with high-grade weather stripping and are engineered with energy-efficient cores to minimize heat loss and prevent drafts.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
We offer a 5-year limited warranty on all interior doors and a 10-year limited warranty on exterior doors, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.
